You can find accommodations and many useful informations in the official Cambridge tourism website.
Cambridge will be very busy in the conference days due to concomitant events in the city. This will make difficult to find accommodation. So if you are planning to attend to CIBB you should consider booking as soon as possible.
This year the conference will be held in the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, United Kingdom, EU.
